All local ingredients 

We got into this for the fun of making recipes, and so we are constantly inventing.
We support local growers and producers. We use local grains, fruits, and herbs. It is important to us that we have as small a carbon footprint as possible and so we even recycle our spent grain.

Small batch liquor 

There is nothing high tech in our distillery.
Everything is done by hand. 

We Malt it, we Mash it, we Make it.

We make small batch organic liquor.
It’s different than factory liquor.

No sulfites or preservatives

We do not add sulfites or preservatives. This makes the "morning after" more bearable.  

We do not remove natural oils and esters; we use them to make our unique flavours.

Esters are fragrant organic compounds that are usually formed by the reaction 
between an acid and an alcohol during the elimination of water. (like distilling).

Our Special Process

We use: grains, fruit, yeast, oak, BC peat, heat and time.    That’s it....... That’s our special process.

Not that we don’t play with those inputs – we do.
No chemical enhancements needed - Just good clean liquor.
